Lawrence and Nina are a young Welsh-Swiss couple building a decidedly dreamy life in the hills above Beaune. They met working harvest in the Loire Valley in 2018, and eventually ended up in Burgundy first working odd jobs at local restaurants, then, after proving themselves reliable in the vines and cellars, picked up work at some of the top naturally-inclined domaines of the region, including Vin Noé and Dandelion.

This is their very first release of négoce wines, which includes three cuvées: pinot noir from Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise, aligoté from the Mâconnais, and a white/red coferment of marsanne, roussanne, and direct press pinot noir from an organic parcel in the south of Beaujolais. Suffice to say that this is the new project people are talking about in Burgundy right now. Quantities are miniscule on this first release, but there will be more to come.
